Our Mission
The Heritage Child Development Center (HCDC) Parent Involvement Committee (PIC) is dedicated to fulfilling the following objectives:

Fostering Belonging: We create opportunities for families to connect and forge meaningful relationships, fostering a sense of belonging within our community.

Facilitating Communication: We promote effective communication and collaboration between caregivers and staff, ensuring a harmonious and informed environment.
​
Supporting Children's Development: We strive to cultivate a warm and supportive atmosphere that nurtures children's educational, social, and emotional growth, fostering a holistic approach to their development.

PIC Meetings happen at the center the 4th Wednesday of every month. The virtual link for joining is here.
In person meetings will take place at Heritage in March, June, September and December.
What Does PIC Do?
PIC organizes family events, fundraising for Heritage, supports teacher and staff with Heritage activities and appreciation events, and most importantly, supports other parents in our school community to create a sense of belonging and family.
