Children’s First Child Development Center opened its doors to the public in 2002 providing over 100 children and their families with high quality child care. It is our mission to help every child that walks through our doors develop the physical, social and emotional skills necessary to take on the next steps in their educational journey.
Our Child Care Programs
Children First is proud to be able to provide day child care for families with children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years.
Infants
Ranging in age from 6 weeks-12 months infants are safe and well cared for in our cozy infant room where they can learn and grow at their own pace.
Waddlers
Ages 1-2 years, our waddlers are on the move and have a safe environment to learn and explore their growing skills.
Toddlers
Our toddlers are ready for more structure and cooperative play. They will learn how to engage with others while growing through their own unique challenges.
Preschool 1
Our energetic and curious three-year-olds engage in thoughtfully structured activities rooted in research-based curriculum—and plenty of fun, imaginative play. This teaches them to build essential skills while gaining confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
Preschool 2
Before kids start kindergarten our team helps them develop all of the most essential skills like problem solving and basic reading and writing skills.
School Aged Care
Our before and after school programs are designed to support kids who need structure and fun supervised activities outside of traditional school hours. Open to 5th-12th grade.
All of our programs offer age appropriate play along with structured development-focused learning. Our kids play in the water, explore the outdoors, imagine new worlds on the playground and challenge their brains to expand.

Our state-of-the-art, 6,000-square-foot, center was built with children’s growth and development in mind. Each of our classrooms comes prepared with the essentials for serving yours and your child’s needs including:

Our Amazing Teachers
Our incredible staff have teaching in their blood. They are experienced educators who have your child’s happiness and development top of mind at all times. We strive to give every child the things they need to thrive in all of their future endeavors by setting a strong foundation of curiosity, creativity and a love for learning.
Our teachers communicate with you throughout the day to keep you updated on your child’s progress, meals and activities so you will always be in the know on how your teacher is helping to shape your young learner.
For our younger children, our teachers are well equipped to deal with all of the struggles that come with learning to be a human like feedings, diapers, naptimes and separation anxiety. Our teachers communicate with you throughout the day to keep you updated
