Heritage Child Development Center is currently experiencing a power outage as of 1:45 pm, Tuesday, March 20th.

The power company expects to have more information available regarding the outage after 2 pm. We will update the website and facebook pages once more information is available.

In the meantime, if you have an emergency please contact Children First at 304.728.1100 ext. 10 or ext.12 and their administration will get in touch with HCDC on your behalf.

The Historic George Washington Hotel, Winchester | Theme: The Roaring 20’s

It was a great and rousing success! We had over 70 in attendance and grossed $10,000! Thank you to our sponsors, donors, parents and attendees! We could not have done this without your generosity and support.

Thank you also to the staff that volunteered their time at the auction as well as those that provided child care services during the auction. We truly have the best staff out there!
