With increased players and increased sponsors, to date 2010 this by far has been our most successful fundraiser grossing well over $6,000. Net proceeds benefit CHEERS’ scholarship fund where we are able to open our doors to low income and disadvantaged children that would not otherwise be able to attend one of our centers. Research has proven time and again that a strong early education is key to later school and adult success and these precious children would not normally have access to academically strong and character building in a loving and supportive environment.
